Yes, Your Grace – Good and Bad Ending Walkthrough

Is it possible to save and the unborn baby? How to defend your family? The ritual could be successful? Aurelea can be saved? This is a walkthrough that contains the good and the bad ending for Yes, Your Grace.

Good and Bad Ending

I tried different dialogue options to save the baby and Cedani (not at all at the end).

Ivo

I did not kill Ivo as I described in the first guide and sent it to the dungeon. But the end is the same.

Atana

When Atana entered through the gates of the castle with his soldiers, instead of staying with my soldiers (I preferred to stay with my soldier in the previous guide), I went to fight for my family. But the end is the same.

Also, I tried hot oil to use, again and again (because I had a lot of), but I can not prevent Atana with soldier to invade my Castle. The end did not change.

The Ritual (Baby) and Aurelea

I tried to increase the tools that are ritual needs before the ritual took place (I went go back to 45th Week). I bought needs from the merchant (again and again):

  • Bright blue mushrooms
  • The Herb of Grace / Rue
  • 2x Betony oils
  • Mugwort oil
  • 2x Basilisk Eggs
  • Spell Book “Performance of Rituals: Curses and Healing” by Jurko Zaremba
The Ritual had fatal consequences:

The battle with Atana struck a serious blow to Eryk’s health. Brooding over the fact that his actions had caused the deaths of his beloved wife and their unborn child, the King eventually plunged into madness.

But the result (good) changed (I do not know this is good ending):

You refused to perform the Ritual:

The battle with Atana struck a severe blow to Eryk’s health. However, the newborn Princess Lorsulia the Second brought plenty of joy to Eryk’s and Aurelea’s lives.

Although King Eryk did not have a successor to the throne, he was always grateful for the new member of the family.

You tried your luck at the Ritual, but complications forced you to stop mid-way through:

The battle with Atana struck a severe blow to Eryk’s health. However, the newborn Princess Lorsulia the Second brought plenty of joy to Eryk’s and Aurelea’s lives. Although King Eryk did not have a successor to the throne, he was always grateful for the new member of the family.

The Result

The result has never changed since you can not see information about the newborn baby. Therefore there is no good or bad ending options in Your Grace (Where is the newborn Princess Lorsulia?). As I mentioned earlier, the game works depending on the scenario (or it has missings).

Note: If there is anything I missed, please comment below.

  1. I’m not sure of all the steps necessary but this is the ending I got – The war is won, Aurelea survives and gives birth to a son, Cedani and Asalia survive too, you are not injured during the battle.

Notable choices in my playthrough – *heavy spoilers ahead, obviously*

I encouraged Cedanis’ love for pets and let her keep all of them. Including the bear that ends up saving her and Aurelea from the hounds.

Accepted Asalia to see Maya and allowed them to run off together.

Agreed to perform the birthing ritual, completing the ritual without mistakes and all the necessary items collected or bought from merchants.

Fully prepared for the battle by buying all the upgrades, 100% filled the bars for the required amount of supplies and soldiers. Additionally I spared all the Radovians which provided 2 extra types of equimpent that could be used in the battle (Bombs and flares).

If the game has some sort of “Moral” system perhaps some of these could’ve had an affect –

Blamed no one at the royal trial, forcing the advisor to take the blame and be executed.

Spared lord Jovan after he killed Sir Friderick.

Spared the attempted deserter during the siege.

Confronted Ivo at the wall after seeing Lorsulias bruises.

    One last thing –

I completed the entire quest for a priestess with the worshipping tree, in return she gave us some branches from the tree that supposedly will bring us luck. Maybe that is how the ritual is a success and/or you don’t get injured.

Hope this helps someone on their next playthrough!
