In that area you need to use spiderbot. Defeat the guards and approach the restricted area. It is not possible to hack doors here. So throw the spiderbot inside and interact with thing.
- Acquire Albion operations data
Go that area:
You will see guards in that area. Hack phones and move vehicle:
Then find that crane and up:
Interact with that:
It is done!
