Knives Out

“Not including some boss fights, finish the story using nothing but close combat weapons.” That one require not using any weapon beside the knife

Don’t Trust That Snake Oil

“Finish the story only using four or less recovery items.” I guess that one require not using any or some type of medicine.

Quit Hanging Around

Shoot down a Soldat hanging from the production line in the Factory.

Secret Achievements

Since they are secret I expect them to be story related and unmissable :

Not Lycan This…

The achievement is won shortly after obtaining your pistol at the start of the game. After killing your first enemy and using the bolt cutters to open the gate, several enemies will be present on the rooftops. These enemies will aggro on you when moving forward initiating the ‘survive’ objective. You are not meant to fight enemies here so just keep moving and try not to get cornered.
Eventually, after enough time has elapsed, you will have a scripted enemy attack you and start a cutscene. During the cutscene you’ll get the achievement.

Four Lords

Escape the mine.

That Sucked!

Defeat the mutated Dimitrescu.

Got No Strings

Defeat Donna and Angie.

Fish Out of Water

Defeat the mutated Moreau.

Timber

Defeat Uriaș during the first lycan attack when you enter the village.

Goooaaal!

Move the ball from the Winterses’ bedroom into the study.

At the very start of the game, when you gain control of Ethan, you will take Rose up to your bedroom and place her in her crib. After that, you can notice a yellow ball on the ground. Use your feet to kick this ball into the study which is the room connected to the bedroom with the computer on the desk. Make sure it doesn’t get stuck on the doorway, or else you’ll need to restart. The achievement unlocks when the ball gets to the other room.

Up Urs!

Defeat Uriaș in the stronghold.

Temporary Measures

Place the Giant’s Chalice in the ceremony site.

Iron Giant Down

Defeat the mutated Heisenberg.

The Root of the Matter

Find the Megamycete in the underground ruins.

Finish the story on at least Casual difficulty.

Finish the story on at least Standard difficulty.

Universe’s Best Dad

Finish the story on the Village of Shadows difficulty.
