New World – How to House (Level, Coin, Price)

A guide on how to house (level, coin, price) in New World.

How to House (Level, Coin, Price)

Housing

You can abandon a house and anything in it goes into your inventory but you do not get any of the purchase price back.

You can up the number of items in a house with upgrade cards when levelling up territory standing.

You can purchase a max of 3 houses and the initial price of the first horse is reduced to 50% off.

  • Level 15 – 1st house
  • Level 35 – 2nd house
  • Level 55 – 3rd house

If you do not pay tax on the house you only lost the benifits it gives. If you start paying tax again you do not need to pay tax arrears. Do not know how this effects a settlement owner but the house owner can go on holidays, come back, and pick up where you left off without incurring debt. Which I think is pretty groovy.

Houses in settlements have tiers.
