This guide will help you on how to fix Khuzait Heavy Lancer (i.e. stuck all skills at 20) in Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord.
How to Fix Khuzait Heavy Lancer?
At the time of writing this fix, The Khuzait Heavy Lancer is broken. We’ll fix it ourselves. (For Single Player only)
These are the current in game stats for the Heavy Lancer. As you can see they are very broken.
- Go to: steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\SandBoxCore\ModuleData
- open spnpccharacters.xml with your favourite document editor.
- search NPCCharacter id=”khuzait_heavy_lancer”
- you’ll find the stats under it. just fix them yourself.

Make a copy of the original file before editing and zip it for maximum protection. This shouldn’t break your game, in case it does, you can revert back from the zipped file.
