How to Create a Kingdom?
Have children
To have children you have to get married first. Unfortunately, when you get married it’s not like Warband where you get a cutscene and see the marriage, the game just goes black for literally a second, and then the parent of your spouse is like “congratulations”. I got married to the empress’s daughter which I think is really cool since in Warband you can’t marry the liege’s heir. Same kingdom I just left to try and form my own.
How to Marry?
I got a wife that literally sucked the life out of my bank is all I got. I’m assuming that since she was her own lord (with no land) then getting married to her means she would still wonder about attacking random enemies. The problem is, that it counts as a new “party” which is funded by yours truly. So I went from spending 200 / day to around 600 days and ended up dismissing her party and having her join my party instead. Then later on in the play through it said she was pregnant and you get to name the child after the pregnancy (there’s no cutscene or anything, just a popup).

- Go to the current Ruler or his vassals
Requirement: Clan Tier 1(Mercenary / 2 (vassal)
Also
After you ask the nobles about Nerethes’s Folly you get some quests to (spoiler alert) Assemble the Dragon Banner Assemble the Dragon Banner which allows you to create your own faction afterwards.
Proof
Prerequisites
- 1. Be independent, don’t be vassal to another Kingdom
- 2. have at least one fief
- 3. your Clan must be a certain rank (mine was rank 3)
- 4. you need to have a certain amount of troops (I had 120)

it says my kids are holding in a town in the far east of the map, i’m a Vlandian vassal and own morning land near the Kerz. I go over to the town the game says they’re in but they’re not there.. is my game broken?
So if I decide to leave a kingdom (without talking to the leader to have my vows lifted) will they declare war on me or will i be able to keep the city and keep that i was given as a vassal?
