Are They the Same?
Steam has 3 Granado Espada clients (separated publisher). Granado Espada, Japan has almost the latest update (only slower than the Korean version). The Japanese version also has unique features as support, buff, improve personal skill, merge attribute attack to “monster” attribute, and much more.
However, the new full patch has been published on 5 March so there is no difference between the English version and the Japanese version.
